Sorry they're a couple days late... but I have results for you! We had to say goodbye to Rachel this week, who wasn't able to get an entry in. :( All the entries were pretty awesome... but only one can win. I'm getting ahead of myself though... it's critique time!
CRITIQUES:
Chloe: This is a definite improvement for you! We all liked the outfit, although one judge commented that it didn't quite match the glamour of those awesome shoes. Great choice of shoes, by the way. :) While the layout looks nice and balanced, it's still hard to see a lot of the items, and the set needed some color.
Lizzy: Cool layout! That was my favorite part of the set. While we appreciated your unique take on shoulder pads, one judge thought that all the shades of purple, red, and pink were a little much when put together. A more cohesive color scheme would have made this even better.
Speedy: We loved the outfit and how you updated the poodle skirt look. However, one judge thought you needed more items, and I thought that the color scheme was a little too expected. When you think of poodle skirts, you automatically think of pink and black. This was a very nice set anyway.
Izzy: While one judge absolutely loved this, me and another judge weren't so keen on it. It really looks like you didn't put much effort into this week. The color scheme is pretty drab, and all those sparkly items would look strange in the same outfit! One judge said, "The right side also seems like everything's very bunched together, and then the left side there's more open space, which makes it a teensy bit unbalanced."
Doodle: "WOW. Just wow. This is definitely one of your best sets for GUPS. I really can't believe that you took something so ugly(no offense to doc martens... xD) and made it look great." That's what one judge said, and all of us pretty much agreed. Your fashion sets are improving by leaps and bounds and I love the color and enthusiasm that you add to every theme.
Molly: This was my favorite set of the week... I thought it was utter perfection. The color scheme was lovely, and the outfit was so original and took the overall look to somewhere completely unexpected. However, one judge said, "The ruffled shirt didn't make sense to put with overalls," and also thought you should have chosen a different necklace.
Duckie: Pretty layout! This set looks nice and balanced, and it's put together well. But you didn't really do anything different with the flannel... the outfit and color scheme are pretty expected. "I'm not exactly liking the shoes, but other than that, I love it. But while the outfit is great, it wasn't extremely creative," was what one judge had to say.
Bri: We were expecting more from you! This outfit is pretty predictable, and the layout also needs some work. One judge thought that it looked like the leg warmers were randomly added, and for the most part we all thought that this set didn't have much thought put into it.
Lemon: This is your best fashion set by far! We loved how you updated the harem pants, and gave them a girly punk vibe. The outfit is gorgeous! Great choice of colors as well- the plum color is something different and it looks great. Layout is lovely as well. One judge thought that the clothes themselves were a little plain, however, and thought that having something patterned would have added to the wow factor. x]
Although all of you did great this week, there can only be one winner. And that winner is...

LEMON! Congrats on your first win, gal. You now have immunity from being eliminated next challenge... and the awesome feeling that goes with being able to use harem pants in a normal-looking outfit.

7th place is taken by... Lizzy!
Which leaves us with Izzy and Bri. Both of whom have won at least one challenge, so we know that you gals are capable of great things. However, someone has to go home, and that someone is...

Not either of you. We already lost Rachel this week and I decided that both of you need to stay around for the awesomeness that is challenge number eight. Now run on over to the forum to see what it is. :)
Adios, amigas!
